With this call, the European Parliament seeks to increase the engagement of European citizens from as many different groups and the public as possible, thus encouraging their active participation as change makers in the communication campaign for the European elections in 2024.

The invitation consists of three categories of activities:
1. capacity building activities;
2. civic engagement activities;
3. a combination of capacity building activities and civic engagement activities.
