Five Slavonian prefects participated in the European Week of Regions and Cities (EURegionsWeek), the biggest annual event in Brussels dedicated to local and regional authorities and communities.

They also used their visit to Brussels to present the Representation of Slavonia, Baranja and Srijem, which is a joint initiative and representation of the Slavonian counties towards the EU institutions, and whose office is headed by Renata Taušan on behalf of the five counties.
