Within the framework of the Creative Europe program, a call for European cooperation projects has been opened, which supports projects in the implementation of a wide range of activities and initiatives involving artists and stakeholders active in various cultural and creative sectors. 

The action will encourage cooperation between organizations active in the field of culture, in order to increase the European dimension of the creation and circulation of European artistic content and encourage the development, experimentation, dissemination or application of new and innovative practices. European cooperation projects are open to all cultural and creative sectors. However, given that this activity is part of the Cultural Program, projects with exclusive audiovisual content and/or exclusively composed of organizations from the audiovisual sector are not eligible for application. The call covers three topics:

Topic CREA-CULT-2023-COOP-1 - Small-scale projects:

• The consortiummost be composed of minimum 3 entities from 3 different eligible countries
• The maximum EU grant amountis of EUR 200.000 per project
• The funding rateis of maximum 80%.

Topic CREA-CULT-2023-COOP-2 - Medium-scale projects:

• The consortiummost be composed of minimum 5 entities from 5 different eligible countries
• The maximum EU grant amountis of EUR 1.000.000 per project
• The funding rateis of maximum 70%.

Topic CREA-CULT-2023-COOP-3 - Large-scale projects:

• The consortiummost be composed of minimum 10 entities from 10 different eligible countries
• The maximum EU grant amountis of EUR 2.000.000 per project
• The funding rateis of maximum 60%.

Total call budget: 60.076.809,00 EUR
