EIT Culture & Creativity has published its first open calls.

These calls are designed to address the global challenges facing Europe in higher education, innovation, entrepreneurship and society.EIT Culture & Creativity invites applications for activities that have the potential to strengthen entrepreneurship, innovation capacity and speed up the competitiveness of European cultural and creative sectors and industries, as well as European green, digital and social transitions. All stakeholders of the cultural and creative sectors and industries and legal entities in the EU and associated members of the Horizon Europe program can apply. 

The budget available for 2024 is 10.45 million euros. 

The application system will open on April 17 and close on May 31, 2023. 

These proposals are expected to deliver innovative products, processes, services or business models in the audiovisual and media sectors, architecture, fashion and textiles, design and the cultural heritage sector. The EIT Culture & Creativity calls in 2023 also include project opportunities in higher education, business creation and social innovation. Proposers are invited to review the call documents and guidelines, including proposal application forms.

Infoday about Calls EIT Culture & Creativity will be held online on April 25,2023.

These calls are the first funding opportunities that EIT Culture & Creativity will launch during 2023. It is expected that more calls for proposals will be published in the second half of 2023 for activities starting in mid-2024 and 2025.
