The European Parliamentary Research Service (EPRS) has published a new edition of its handbook in 2023: A Guide to EU Funding.

In a wide range of European Union funds, the guide can help regional and local authorities, public bodies, non-governmental organizations and companies to more easily identify the appropriate European source of funding. 

This guide provides easily accessible information on the full range of EU funding sources conveniently grouped by area of ​​activity. It also covers funding within the multi-year EU budget for the period 2021-2027, as well as the EU Next Generation instrument. To simplify research, the guide has divided the main funding topics into subsections. In the texts of the guide, there are a number of hyperlinks for easier access to the source of financing information, and at the end of each section, a list of the main potential beneficiaries can be found in order to make it easier to navigate and identify an acceptable financing instrument for the beneficiaries.
