The Call for Evidence to REpowering the EU with Hydrogen Valleys
Hydrogen Valleys are key to developing the clean hydrogen economy and reaching the European Green Deal carbon neutrality objectives.
On 19 July 2023, the European Commission published a call for evidence to collect input for a European roadmap for Hydrogen Valleys. This roadmap outlines the strategic priorities and actions needed to reach the REPowerEU objective of doubling the number of Hydrogen Valleys in the EU by 2025. It also describes how Hydrogen Valleys will contribute to reaching the REPowerEU target of 10 Mt per year of renewable hydrogen produced domestically and 10 Mt per year of imported hydrogen by 2030.
This call for evidence is open for feedback. Your input will be taken into account as we further develop and fine-tune this initiative. Feedback received will be published on this site and therefore must adhere to the feedback rules.
