The Education, Audiovisual and Culture Executive Agency (EACEA) of the European Commission organised on November 28th an "Infoday" with the purpose to inform potential applicants about the European Solidarity Corps Programme.

Representatives from relevant Directorates General from the European Commission, the National Agencies, civil society organisations, volunteers and other stakeholders were involved in panel discussions dedicated to exchanging views and experience on volunteering, traineeship and job activities.

The event provided opportunity for learning about funding opportunities, proposal drafting approaches and techniques. The Info day created possibilities for networking and meeting potential partners.
