Call for proposals EaSI 2020 - PROGRESS - Establishment and testing of integrated interventions aimed at supporting people in the most vulnerable situations.

Purpose of the call:
The call will support innovative and experimental projects at the local / regional level aimed at establishing comprehensive strategies, mechanisms and services that will provide a holistic approach to support people in the most vulnerable situations.

Eligible activities:
Proposals should focus on the following set of activities, while allowing for planning flexibility:

• Setting up the necessary structures and increasing capacity
• Reaching out to people / households in need
• Impact assessment of project activities
• Dissemination and dissemination of project results
• Transnational cooperation
• Project management

Area of ​​implementation:
Bodies or institutes must have their registered office in one of the countries participating in the Program:
- the territory of the European Union (EU), Iceland, Norway and Lichtenstein in accordance with the EEA Agreement; Albania, the Republic of Northern Macedonia, Montenegro, Serbia and Turkey.

Implementation time:
- The approximate duration of the project can be up to 30 months

Eligible applicants:
To be eligible, the lead applicant and associates must be one of the following:
• a public authority or public agency expressly authorized in writing by the competent authority
• the public body to take responsibility for the implementation of activities;
• non-profit organization (private or public);
• research centers / institutes / higher education institutions;
• civil society organizations;
• the organization of the social partners at European, national or regional level

The grant is awarded to a consortium of stakeholders (lead applicant and associates)

European Community funding:
The Community grants available for the call for proposals are: EUR 10 million (Global Budget); The Commission expects to fund around 8 project proposals.

Co-financing: EU grants may not exceed 80% of the total eligible costs.
