Centers of Vocational Excellence (CoVE) provide training in specific areas for initial training of young people as well as for continuing training and transformation of adults. CoVEs also want to achieve much more: innovate teaching and learning methods, work closely with businesses, social partners, universities, etc., develop inclusive approaches to ensure no one is neglected and encourage regional and local development, among other activities .
