The #BeActive Awards are designed as a central element of the annual European Sports Week.

The #BeActive Awards 2022 aims to reward and give visibility to projects and initiatives that have successfully promoted sport and physical activity across Europe. It contributes to the HealthyLifeStyle4All initiative and the promotion of sustainable and green sports.
Depending on the award, projects can focus on educational institutions and jobs, as well as individuals in local communities. They can also support and promote intergenerational connections through sports and physical activity.
In addition to rewarding specific organizations, the awards will also provide visibility and support the spread of innovative ideas, initiatives and best practices across Europe.

This call is open to any organization, public body or individual (individual) that has successfully completed a sporting project aimed at promoting sport and physical activity, in EU Member States or third countries associated with the program.
Eligible applicants: legal persons (natural persons, public or private bodies, including international organizations - according to the invitation document)

The total prize budget is 60,000 EUR.
Each of the four categories will award one winner with € 10,000 and two finalists (second and third place) with € 2,500 each.
