The main goal of the call is to build and strengthen European citizenship among young people, raise awareness of the functioning of the EU and the democratic role of the European Parliament, and empower them to become active citizens, encouraging their active engagement and participation in the 2024 European elections.
The European Executive Agency for Climate, Infrastructure and the Environment (CINEA) has launched a call for grants under the Connecting Europe Facility (CEF).
The COVID-19 pandemic has highlighted the need for coordination and cooperation at European, national, regional and even local levels in the health sector. The pandemic has exposed already existing weaknesses in the supply chain and public procurement of EU countries.
Call - EU4H-2022-PJ-4 for proposals to support a structured dialogue at national or regional level on public procurement in the health sector - HERA supports the policy priority of responding to the COVID-19 crisis and implements the EU4Health program's objective of protecting people in the EU from serious cross-border threats to health.
The aim of the call is to support EU countries in organizing a thorough assessment of public procurement in the health sector at national and/or regional level.
The call is expected to:
• Develop new/improved national and regional strategies on public procurement
• Make existing practices more resilient and effective across the Union
• Increase preparedness for future health crises.
Total budget: EUR 5 million
Application deadline: 21 February 2023, 17:00 (CET)
Within the RIPEET (Responsible energy transition) project, the pilot regions (Outer Hebrides - Scotland, Ostrobothnia - Finland, Extremadura - Spain) jointly identified the most urgent energy needs in their territories in close cooperation with various local stakeholders.
